RUFETE

Variety: Rufete

Tasting notes:

  • Visual: Cherry red color with violet hues.
  • Olfactory: Aromas of red fruit, fine cocoa, chocolate, sweet spices, expressive.
  • Taste: Fruity, flavorful, fleshy, toasted.

BOLOSEA

Variety: Rufete/Tempranillo

Tasting Notes:

  • Visual: Medium layer with purple reflections.
  • Olfactory: Complex, red fruits, raspberries, floral notes, violets, sweet spices.
  • Taste: Balanced, unctuous, sweet tannins.

*Aged in French oak barrels for 9 months with malolactic fermentation in the barrel

**Ideal wine to pair with roasts, red meats, and cured cheeses

OSIRIS

Variety: Rufete and Tempranillo

Tasting Notes:

  • Visual: Cherry color, garnet rim.
  • Olfactory: Red fruit, ripe fruit, spice, creamy oak.
  • Taste: Powerful, flavorful, oily, fleshy.

*It is a crianza that has remained in barrels for 12 months and another 6 months in the bottle. Made with selected grapes from vines over 60 years old.

NIETO

Variety: Rufete (75%) and Tempranillo (25%)

Tasting Notes:

  • Visual: Deep, clean, bright cherry red color with high intensity.
  • Olfactory: Toasted notes, balsamic hints, black fruits, licorice, and a touch of dairy.
  • Taste: Structured wine with a good fruit load (blackberries, plums), aromatic, good acidity, fleshy, slightly tannic, full-bodied, and with a long, persistent finish

*It is a crianza that has remained in barrels for 20 months and another 12 months in the bottle.

ALSALIENTE

  • Olfactory: Intense aroma of black fruits such as blackberries and plums, accompanied by well-integrated toasted notes that respect the intense fruit.

*Red wine aged in wood for 14 months in a 500L French oak vat with malolactic fermentation in the barrel. Al Saliente is a wine with body and character.
