Tasting Notes:
- Visual: Cherry red colour with light garnet hues. Clean and bright with a medium-high intensity.
- Olfactory: The first impression is that of black fruits and red strawberries. Memories of undergrowth, rosemary and lavender combined with cinnamon and vanilla.
- Taste: On entry, the palate is very subtle, round and unctuous with an excellent balance between acidity and tannins. Very soft sweet tannins, full of nuances with a pleasant long and persistent finish. In the aftertaste, quince flavors appear.

- Taste: Pleasant and voluminous entry into the mouth. Balanced, with fine and elegant tannins. Fruity notes at the beginning that give way to toasted and balsamic notes. Long finish.

- Taste: Ripe grapes appear with a high dose of elegant, well-polished tannins, fresh, tasty and fleshy, with just the right acidity. Very candied black fruits with just the right amount of wood giving a sensation of good aging.

- Taste: Velvety wine, with a well-structured body and fine and elegant tannins that transmit very pleasant sensations.

- Visual: Intense cherry red colour, clean and bright, with a high layer intensity and dense, slow tears.
- Olfactory: High aromatic intensity with great fruity expression, with primary aromas of plum and black fruit that give way to notes of aging, more complex aromas with hints of cocoa, liquorice and nuts.
- Taste: Smooth and enveloping entry, with well-integrated acidity and tannins that provide freshness without losing softness. It is a long and persistent wine with a predominance of ripe fruits and elegant spicy notes from the aging in wood, with a subtle mineral touch in the aftertaste.

INFIEL
Origin: Wine made from grapes from 2 hectares of 60-year-old vineyards on siliceous soil, located in the Duero River Valley. Malolactic fermentation in French oak barrels with batonnage.
Aging: 16 months in French and American oak barrels.

OYADA
Origin: Wine from our vineyard “La Hoyada” in Fompedraza at 910 m. of altitude. The main characteristic of this vineyard is the limestone, providing touches of minerality to the wine.
Aging: 20 months in French and American oak barrels.

- Visual: Powerful bright red color that retains slight purple reflections.
- Olfactory: Aromas of ripe fruits such as cherries and plums with subtle nuances of spices, black licorice, roasted coffee, undergrowth and clear balsamic notes.
- Taste: The palate is complex, with a lot of personality and great volume. Clean, lively wine with a base of noble leather and vanilla. Memories of dark chocolate and cigar box aromas, very mature and tasty in the aftertaste.
